Terms and Conditions
Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification. We are not
responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer
assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.
We cannot and will not change or intercept a package to alter the delivery.
We will only ship to address provided at checkout (Billing Address).
Please note, all online orders are required to have a matching Billing and Shipping Address.
All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS to the contiguous
48 U.S. states, priced at a flat rate of $8.50.
All International orders are shipped via FEDEX priced at a flat rate of $30.00
Returns will be accepted for up to 14 days of customers receipt or tracking number on unworn items. For returns, customers will be granted an online store credit equal to the amount of item(s) returned, minus a $10 restocking fee. The online store credit CAN NOT be used for in-store purchases or phone orders. Return shipping will NOT be reimbursed.
All Exchanges must be of equal or lesser value. If the exchange is of lesser value, an online credit of the difference will be provided.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL RETURNS. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON SALES ITEMS. ALL SALES ON SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. IF SALES ITEMS ARE RETURNED, THE PACKAGE(S) WILL BE REFUSED, WHICH FOREVER UMBRELLA WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR.
